  5. You’re only making 50 dollars a month on that house? Rent Management Company Cost = rent x .10 = 1000 x .10 = 100 – > Mortgage = ~$850 Total Take Home -> $900 – $850 = ~50.00. That is not enough to cover wear and tear from renters and to recoup the money spent on renovating it. What is the catch? Am I missing something?
    Edit: you could make more than that a month if you invested the amount of the mortgage in the stock market

  7. Where I live all stairways on a rental unit require a secure handrail. Safe and reduces lawsuits.

  8. Mortgage is $856, rent is $1,000 but $100 goes to the property managers?
